lulocloud was born at the front desk of a boutique hotel.

Before it was a platform, lulocloud was an unsolved problem. We ran a boutique hotel in Colombia and were looking for what every host looks for: one tool to manage reservations, payments, and legal compliance without making life harder.

The search was frustrating. International platforms exist — and they're good — but they're built and priced for hotel chains: for a boutique hotel or a host with one or a few properties, the cost simply isn't justified. So the result was the same as for so many hosts in Colombia: managing every channel by hand, calendar by calendar, living daily with the risk of a double booking.

And there was a bigger gap still: no international platform helps with Colombia's legal obligations — MinCIT's TRA and the SIRE report to Migración Colombia — and the few local options that did were costly and dated for what they offered.

Out of that frustration, lulocloud was born: the platform we never found. A tool built for the Colombian market, with transparent pricing a single-property host can justify, legal compliance included from day one, and a modern design nobody has to apologize for.

What we believe

  • A host shouldn't need five tools. Calendar, channels, direct bookings, messaging, and compliance — in one place.
  • Pricing should be transparent. You pay per unit, you know exactly how much and why, and there's no commission on your bookings.
  • Complying with the law shouldn't be a luxury. TRA and SIRE are every host's obligation — the tools to meet them shouldn't cost a fortune.
  • Software for small hosts deserves to look good. Modern, fast, and in your language.
