You pay for what you use.

A unit is each space you rent out separately: an apartment, a cabin or a room. For example, 3 different apartments are 3 units; 4 identical rooms you sell from one shared pool are 4 units. If you run a hostel and sell by the bed, each bed is 1 unit — a 6-bed dorm is 6 units, and thanks to the brackets most of your beds land on the lowest $7 USD rate.

It works like tax brackets: the 1st unit costs $14 USD, units 2 to 5 cost $8 USD each, and from the 6th onward $7 USD each. Each unit is charged by the bracket it falls into — crossing into a cheaper bracket doesn't change the price of the units below it. So with 3 units you pay $14 + $8 + $8 = $30 USD per month.

The real price is in USD and charged by international card. The COP value is an approximate conversion (≈ 3,600 COP/USD) shown for reference; it floats with the day's exchange rate.

You sign up with no credit card and get access to the whole product for 14 days. When it ends, you pick your number of units and activate your subscription. If you don't continue, your account is paused but your data isn't lost.

No. You pay only your monthly fee and keep 100% of what you earn. Bookings coming from Booking or Airbnb carry those channels' own commissions (not lulocloud's). Bookings from your direct link have no commission.

Yes. The yearly plan equals paying 10 months for 12 — that's 2 months free (−17%). Yearly payment is non-refundable: if you want the most flexible option, the monthly plan cancels whenever you want.

The monthly plan cancels whenever you want from Settings → Subscription, no penalties; you keep access until the end of the billed month. The yearly plan is non-refundable, but stays active until the period you paid for ends.

Yes. lulocloud works for any hotel or vacation rental worldwide — pricing is the same in every country. The country-specific legal features (TRA and SIRE) are Colombian for now, and we plan to add other countries' legal requirements too.
